Collection 114 BRIGADE

114th Tactical Aviation Brigade was created in 1992 when Ukraine became independent. It is stationed in Ivano-Frankivsk. The pilots defend the sky and our borders with the MiG-29 jet fighters.

Since the height of the war with Russia in the East of Ukraine, they have been taking part in the anti-terrorist operation. They are the ones who make it hot to the terrorists, as they carry out regular combat assaults and perform combat missions in the Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

During the war with Russia, they have more than 110 sorties. They fly not only as part of their brigade, but also with other fellows as a part of ATO headquarters.

Unfortunately, during the missions, the brigade suffered combat losses. But, despite this, the Brigade doesn’t lose heart and still protects our homes. In memory of the deceased fellows.
